THE Aqua Dome has confirmed that repair works to the iconic dome structure have now been successfully completed. Scaffolding is being removed this afternoon and the process of refilling the pool and reheating the water is underway.
The Aqua Dome will reopen to the public tomorrow, Friday 18th July, at 12 noon, and the team is looking forward to welcoming customers back to enjoy the facilities once again.
Brian Durran, Chairman of the Aqua Dome, said; “We are delighted to reopen the Aqua Dome tomorrow and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during the temporary closure. The health and safety of our customers is our utmost priority, and the closure was a necessary step to ensure that all structural issues were properly addressed. We are delighted to reopen and appreciate the patience and understanding of our visitors.”
